NEW YORK, NY, March 04, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Lora Sasiela, Founder of Financially Smitten, is partnering with Jamie Hanley, Registered Yoga Teacher, to bring a unique spin on financial therapy to women in New Jersey.

Sasiela and Hanley will be hosting a joint yoga/financial therapy workshop, "Financially Zen", during which participating women will learn how to "make peace with their money" combining the tools of financial therapy and the wisdom of the yoga tradition.

Using gentle yoga, breathing exercises, visualization, and financial therapy techniques, these two experts will teach participants how to release limiting money beliefs, manage money anxiety, and feel more comfortable in general regarding the topic of money. Participants will leave with specific tips and tools that they can use immediately to improve their personal finances.
